Mearid was a loyal follower of the Presidential Board until they took the nano scanners too far. She finally had enough and decided to take a stand, only to wind up kidnapped and in the hunter’s prison. After escaping, she has to decide what to do: help Celeion overthrow the Presidential Board or stay hidden and safe.
Rilah has her own mess to deal with in Encelo. The superiors are hiding things from the public. After she is tasked with tracking down a thief with technology way better than her government is supposed to have, she starts hearing rumors that her government is genetically modifying people without their permission. She has to step in and stop them, or her daughter could be next.
Jadek doesn’t hate the humans who inhabit his planet, but he doesn’t like them either, not after seeing how they are destroying the oceans with their pollution. And they’ve kidnapped one of his people. He isn’t sure if it was Encelo or Celeion yet, but he’s going to find out. Will he help his father, the king of the waterbeings, destroy the humans, or will he find a way to help them learn from their mistakes?
Enceleion is on the brink of war, but some of its people are fighting back, trying to make it a better place. Can they do it, or will the power of their corrupt governments stop them first?
